Benue Killings; Fallen Heroes Buried Amidst Sorrow, Tears and Anguish

Since the new year, it has been sadness in Nigeria due to the massive killings of Benue sons and Daughter's by  Fulani Herdsmen terrorists which took place on Jan 1, 2018 in Guma and Logo Local government areas .

The state carried out a mass burial today and here are pictures from the sorrowful gathering as Nigerians in Benue poured into the IBB Square, Makurdi to pay their final respect to the 73 Fallen Heroes Murdered in cold blood by Fulani herdsmen Terrorists.

The governor, Ortom was in tears as he buried dead as it seems the herdsmen has declared war on the state.

Nigeria indeed mourns and the faith in the government is at all time low. Since the killings, the police has also been affected in the killings, and Miyatti Allah, the association of herdsmen has gone ahead to say the only way they would cease the killings, is if the government revisits the anti-grazing bill and consider them pastorialists as fit for their lifestyle.
