Flood from Heavy Rain Holds Motorists in Owerri Hostage

The Intensity Of The Downpour In Owerri Metropolis today was heavy and alleged overwhelmed the drainage system.The rain which lasted at about 15 minutes saw motorists in difficulty with floods and poses a new challenge with the infrastructure and road network.
