Ewatomi: Award Winning Actress, Yewande Adekoya's Latest Project Is In The Works

Renowned actress, Yewande Adekoya is not slowing down as she continues to put efforts in a bid to thrills fans, movie lovers and the Arts community in 2018.

Sequel to her recent movie shoot, Odun Ibole - a story of cultural values and traditions. Adekoya has teamed up with directors, Adebayo Tijani and Abiola Paul Bogumbe for another culturally inclined project titled "Ewatomi".

Ewatomi chronicles love, culture, power of women and other underlying values in the African society.

It is no doubt that Adekoya's dynamism would once again be felt in this blockbuster and as she has pulled up a team of veterans in the movie industry to project the story of "Ewatomi".

Actors who have joined Adekoya on the set of Ewatomi include: Muyiwa Ademola, Seyi Edun, Tawa Ajisefini, Eniola Afeez, Abeni Agbon, Abiodun Ishola Thomas, Damola Olatunji, Wasila Coded and a host of others.

A business and mentorship focused women driven organisation African Women Inspire Network (AWIN) has launched Operations in Africa with Nigeria as the headquarters. This organisation was founded by a Nigerian woman, and the convener of African Hair Summit, Mrs. Adanna Enwezor in Nigeria's capital city Abuja. Focused on women supporting women and reaching all classes of women, AWIN promises to change the narrative of women not supporting each other and revolutionise what women in concert can achieve in contribution of a better Africa. The event which held on Saturday, March 3, 218 at Nisa Wellness Retreat owned by Mrs. Rabi Wada kicks off the operation of the organisation and will also be planted in all African countries in the coming years.
