GHANA BLOGGERS SUMMIT: INFORMATION MINISTER, KOJO OPPONG NKRUMAH & LINDA IKEJI TO DELIVER KEYNOTE ADDRESS

Hon Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Ghana's Minister for Information and Nigerian famous blogger, Linda Ikeji have been announced to deliver the keynote addresses at the much anticipated 2019 Ghana Bloggers Summit scheduled to take place at the SB Incubator from November 1st to 2nd 2019. The summit which is being hosted by Avance Media is the inaugural convention of bloggers, digital influencers and journalists to network, learn and share knowledge in Ghana. According to the MD of Avance Media, Prince Akpah, the summit is expected to bring together speakers and participants from around the world who will be discussing how to reposition the image of Ghana on the internet and become a destination for aspiring bloggers to kick-start their career.

Jenny Chisom Opara, CEO Login Bloggers Africa and Convener of Bloggers Gala and Awards, Nigeria and Men Empowerment Blogger have been announced among speakers for the 2019 Ghana Bloggers Summit to be hosted at the SB Incubator from November 1st to 2nd 2019. She will join Hon Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Ghana's Minister for Information and Nigerian famous blogger, Linda Ikeji who have also been announced to deliver the keynote addresses at the much anticipated summit.

REMTRACK APP GETS NOD FROM SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCERS; GIVES HOPE FOR CITIZENS

Today, October 17 in Owerri, Imo state had the gathering of top Nigerian Social media Influencers by Order paper on the use of the REMTRACK App. The REMTRACK app is the first Remediation technology deployed by any country at all and is soon to launch. Social media influencers drawn from across over 7 states were in attendance to test run the app software and make input in its use.

Nine young Ghanaians including dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, Minister of Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah and producer, GuiltyBeatz have been ranked among the 2019 100 Most Influential Young Africans list released by Africa Youth Awards. The list which annually recognises the works of young Africans who have impacted lives across the continent, features young people from 32 African countries. Other young Ghanaians on the list include the founder of African Fashion Fund, Roberta Annan, Freelance Journalist, Manasseh Azure Awuni, Managing Director of Primetime Ltd, organisers of National Science & Maths Quiz, Nana Akua Ankomah-Asare, Tech Era CEO, Derrick Omari and Director of GhanaThink Foundation, Ato Ulzen-Appiah.
